Career advice about AI roles should come from someone who understands the work behind them. Alongside my coaching, my own career has been spent where technology meets real work:

25 years in healthcare IT, working with systems such as Epic and Cerner, HL7 and Rhapsody interfaces, Microsoft SQL Server, and Java and JavaScript integrations.
A PhD in Information Systems and university teaching.
Digital marketing since 2019, including SEO, Google Ads, analytics and affiliate marketing.

In 10 years of coaching, nothing has changed careers as quickly as this wave of AI. It isn't only creating new technology. It's creating entirely new professions, making some familiar advice out of date, and changing what it takes to get hired.

RoleWalk Labs is my bridge between a decade of career-transition coaching and the reality of the AI-driven workforce, starting with the RoleWalk Field Guides, a forthcoming book series, and 1:1 coaching.

I won't promise you a job or a salary; no honest coach can. I will help you prepare as well as you possibly can.
